This means listening carefully to our deepest desires and constantly appreciating our physical, psychological and emotional sensations, in order to detect any inconsistency between what we are experiencing and what we aspire to or what we are made for. The coaching is an approach, a help or an effective support to reach, at your own pace, the results you have set yourself.

But what is coaching?

Let's analyze this definition in detail:

It's a Profession = a set of skills

d’SUPPORT = in the sense of companionship, companionship, i.e. a parity path, between one and the other, and not a power play of one over the other.

EMERGENT = coming from the depths, ascending from the bottom upwards, coming from the gut more than from the mind.

of DIALOGUE = etymologically through logos, logic, rational, acquired knowledge to better reach the authentic, the deep nature, the emotional.   

of the CLIENT = the coach supports the client in his own dialogue, in his choice of words(in the beginning was the verb), in his definition of his reality.

IMPLEMENTATION-ORIENTED = make real, measurable

of its RESULT = it is necessary to distinguish between objective and result: having an objective means being on the start line, achieving a result means being on the finish line.

So, beware of the coach proposing ready-made solutions to questions that you have been thinking about for several weeks, months, or even years, and for which he only has a partial knowledge (the one you will have shared) of the context, the ins and outs, or your motivations.

No, coaching is the emergence of your strategies and solutions towards the results you want to achieve.

I have been practicing and learning for several years, holistic approaches to health, ancient (acupuncture, yoga) and modern (breathwork, biohacking, WimHof® method) WimHof®to better understand the energy of the body, an essential prerequisite for any mental work if we are looking for lasting benefits.
