Learn how to use the BOLT score to objectively measure your body’s sensitivity to carbon dioxide and your breathlessness, as well as to monitor your breathing performance. 

Find out how to use breathing in training, and also before, during and after competitive sports.

Each week, you will have a 1-hour online appointment with Stephane Janssoone, to evaluate past breathing training sessions and plan the up-coming week, taking into account your sport training plan.
