Thanks to breathing, you can improve your performance, vous concentrate fully, sleep better feel less stressdeal with emotions and be more present during workouts...Because you probably don't even use this tool to more than 10% of its potential.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
You will discover the fundamental knowledge of respiratory physiology.
You will understand how to improve the absorption of Oxygen at the muscle cell level.
You will learn how to apply this knowledge to develop your VO2max.
You will improve your muscle recovery.
You will finally know how to manage your emotions: get out of fear, stress and anxiety on the day of the competition.
All these principles are equally valid in everyday life

PRACTICE
The workshop will take place LIVE on Wednesday 1st July 2020 at 6pm, on ZOOM.
In addition to the theoretical aspects, you will experience a guided breathing session to practice some powerful breathing techniques and key quick exercises to regain calm, flow, focus and sleep.
During this session you will be able to ask questions and participate in the whole workshop, if you can't do so by this date, you will receive a link and a password by email a few days after your registration.
